These are emotions that grow in your mind, keep spinning, and trap you without purpose.

- Excessive anxiety without a clear reason, making you isolate yourself and imagine the worst outcomes.
- Recurring anger that damages your relationships.
- Chronic sadness that drains your energy and interest in life.
Signs:
• Persistent, even after the event ends
• Cause disturbed sleep, tension, crying spells, or angry outbursts

• Push you to withdraw from people or constantly blame yourself
