While many promote emotional intelligence skills as tools for control and effective communication, there’s a deeper and more transformative level called Emotional Awareness… and this is where the true difference begins.

Emotional Intelligence (EI) is a set of skills that helps a person to:

  • Self-awareness (understanding my emotions)

  • Observing what’s happening inside without suppressing or exaggerating
